Someone has commited on my husbands account at RCS in December. We found out about this in January when we phone to get the balance on this account so that we can clear this account. Since then we have not received statements. Their is still a transaction that has not been written of. I have trying to sort this out for a week now but no. Either they will phone back or the phone just keeps on ringing. I think this is the badest service I have ever reiceved at it is not our fault.
