Pathetic Service. Take your credit balance

Very bad service from Call Centre. Last week I wanted to buy with my card but transaction was declined. Went to office and they call your call centre. Phone was just ringing and after long period of time someone picked up phone. They just said I closed my account and they are going home. My account is now re=activated but where is my credit balance. I want this to be sorted out. How can you administer clients account ike this.
