I have to say thats one thing outsurance was good with. I always could talk to some one when it was convinient for me I never was left waiting on the phone or promised a call back that never happened or took ages to happen. I need to urgently get a quote on insurance on a new vehicle I want to buy before I drive it and now have to wait for someone to phone me back. You guy need to get your call to have a quicker call turn time. I am considering moving back to outsurance just for this. Being able to speak to someone without having to wait on the phone forever oir waiting for a call back.
