Outsurance
Quoted me R1000/month more than I used to pay

I've just wasted half an hour of my life on the phone with Outsurance. I used to be a short-term insurance customer of theirs, but for the past three months I have been with King Price. The cover I enjoy with King Price is not entirely as good but the premiums are substantially less. Today I thought perhaps I should phone Outsurance again to hear if they could beat King Price. After 30 minutes and two telephone calls, Outsurance ended up quoting me R1000 more on vehicle insurance than I used to pay with them when I was still an Outsurance customer in February 2013. Nothing in my life has significantly changed since then, yet somehow Outsurance seem to think I am now much more of risk than I was three months ago. My Lord! What a stupid company! I used to have a lot of respect for them as a short-term insurer, but lately not so much anymore. I am staying with King Price.
