Outsurance
Never received R400.00 which they promised!

Two months ago, I received a call from outsurance. I cannot recall the ladies name I spoke to, but she took my details in order to see if they could beat the price for the current car insurance I pay. The lady informed me while almost 20 minutes on the call that they are unable to beat the price of my current insurance. I than asked her if Outsurance whould pay me the R400.00 which they promised in their ads and she said she would call me back later the same day. This was two months ago and I'm still waiting for the call. Outsurance continue with their ads informing people that they would pay R400 if they cannot match your current insurance and this clearly a lie. Please retrieve the call recordings, because I was contacted on my mobile number 0829949654. Please listen to the call recordings and pay the money which was promised. Not to mention the time a put aside to speak to the lady and the time waiting for someone to call me back. This is clearly not bending over for your customers. Maybe you should change your phrase to' taking customers for ride'. I'm so disgusted by the customer service and the
