CONTRADICTING OUTCOME

My online application for a credit card was APPROVED ON A GOLD ACCOUNT STATUS- however at the end of doing a whole application it gives me an error of CIF Hold and after requesting help from ABSA and to remove whatever this error is so that i can complete the application NO ONE comes back to me or assists me.???!!!
