Payment of provident funds

I was divorced in 2000, remarried in 2003 and started working at my previoce employer in 2004. I resigned in Jan 2012. After receiving a sms to say I must contact them icw. my claim on 01/10/2013 thy needed a copy of my final divorce letter. They had my surname as my previove surname I don't know where thy get it but yes. After sending copies of both my ID's Old surname New surname and new marriage certificate thy still want a copy of my final divorce letter. I cant see the relavants. After promissis that the ADMIN department will call me back and that I will receive my funds within 3-5 working days. Still nothing maybe I will be lucky to receive any feed back within 3-5 working months!!!
