I have been trying to resolve an issue with ABSA since Thursday, 26 September 2013 with no joy at all. I attended to an EFT via internet banking and used the incorrect details. the 3rd party did not receive the payment so my payment is obviously floating somewhere. the call centre agents are absolutely useless and the department I need to contact is only available via email and to get a proper reply / feedback from them is almost impossible. this is my money that is an issue and obviously ABSA doesn't give a dam about their clients.
