I would like to file a complaint regarding Ford credit (division of absa-or was) not settling my car that was traded in at Vredendal toyota. Ons absa's website there's only default settings a dealer can select to settle a trade in amount and the account number is wrong. Now the money's lying in the wrong account as absa/ford credit failed to correct the new banking details. I've spoken to Amora at Absa durbanville, who've also spoken to Herman Rat at absa who stated I should contact Annaline at 0272132200 vredendal. No one seems to actually help me and absa took a car payment from me the 1st. I want my car payment of R2113.64 back with interest from absa.
They can contact me at 021 948 2880. This is not the 1st issue I've had with absa
