Cancel policy!!!

Well well this joke of the day!!! OUTSURANCE!!!
Sometime ago Myway gave me a better offer. But when I phone outsurace to cancel policy they gave me almost the same but about R10 more than Myway. So I stay with them and a month later they increased it with almost R80 so the fool I am I stayed... now for the joke of the week!!!
I phone today to tell them do change my dt date to the 10 of each month. So no problem but they have to charge me about R180 on the 1st otherwise I will not be covered till the 10 of the month no problem... I told the man please take the money NOW from my account for on the 1st there will be NO money and even if I did put some in on the 1st the bank will take it for they do the bank charges on the 25 of each month. So any money after the 25 will be taken and dt order will be send back with cost!! So I asked must I cancel the policy and guess what he said YES!!! He will even put me through to them. I was so cross that I put the phone down and guess what... HE phoned me back telling me he will put me through to cancellations!!! WOW this is f... k GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 10 out of 10 for this one!!! I think yoke for the month?
