We needed business insurance after being BADLY let down by SANTAM. I went to the website asking to be contacted regarding a quote, within 30 seconds we received and SMS saying that we will be contacted shortly and didn't even get to finish reading the sms, when a lovely Brett Martin came to our rescue. He was patient, efficient, met all our demands and really made an effort to followed up everyday keeping us in the loop until we were covered. Within 2 days we had cover for our specialist equipment and our specific industry needs.
