I phoned nedbank for the past three days requesting a settlement letter because im going om maternity and want to pay then and i was being sent from pillar to post because they claim they cannot access my information which i tried to understand and be patient, this morning i spoke to a consultant name JOHANNA
who promised to call me back in two hours with feedback but didnt when i call back to ask whats the status of my query and why hasnt she phoned me back she gave me attitude and was very rude telling me the is no point in her calling me since she recieves calls and doesnt make calls when i asked her why did she promise to call me she told me because the was not point in her calling me, i got so irritated i asked to speak to her manager she told me the is no manager on the floor i must call tomorrow which i do not understand how is it possible that the entire floor has no manager, im very upset and will not do anymore business with Nedbank because it is clear that their employees do not know how to handle clients in a respectful and polite manner they dont even keep their promises but come month end they are the first to take your money. Never again im utterly disgusted
