I phoned Nedbank home loan department this morning. No one seemed to know what I was asking about and my call was transferred from one consultant to another and on those times I had to explain the reason for my call. The lady who introduced herself as Wendy said she could not help and wanted to transfer my call from back from where it came from. When I contested and told her that I spoke to five people already she was very cold and said she does not understand why I do not want my call to be transferred and after that she just kept quite and I had to put the phone down.
