I established a savings plan with you guys around 2006 and without fail, my debit goes off but I have not received feedback on my policy since. I am trying to find out what the process is to cancel this policy.
Why isn't your call centre able to punch in my ID number in and confirm my policy details?
I just get transferred over and over.
