Acc being handedove

I am no longer working as iwas retrenched and i was a loyal client who never had a reversal debit order.

I submittedeverything as per the process and iwas told that i will get a call in 48 hours regarding my insurance approval. I did notrecievea call. I went back to ellof to makea follow up. The lady contacted the headoffice and the answer i got was that i will be handed over in 2 months to come how because iam waiting for the approval from insurance then we will take it there maybe i will be working by then.

Please i am begging you not to hand me over. Lets find out what the insurance will come up with.
Please give other options than to hand me over. How if i apply for a debt review, will you hand me over again?
