Bridge Loans PATHETIC service

I applied for a top up loan on 15-03-2013 today is 22-03-2013 and I am still waiting for a payout. I think this is unacceptable. If you don't have funds to payout loans then why do you approve the loans? If there had been a notice on your website informing clients that payout will take place in 2 weeks we would be able to make an informed decision. But obviously you won't post a notice to that effect because it would be bad for business! How should the client feel that depends on that loan? If my loan is not paid out within 48 hours I will cancel the loan and also write a letter to the consumer commission because Bridge Loans are unethical.
