MiWay suprising me by truly going the extra mile

What started out as a bad experience with a massive annual increase in my premium had a very good ending. After a couple of calls and a couple of emails, and some people that attempted to help me, but left me feeling only slightly happier - i received a call today from Queen Mngomezulu working at MiWay retentions.
I'm not sure how my case landed on her desk, but she truly went the extra mile with me, working through my policy to see where she could help and finally got my premium to a level that i can fit in with my budget.
