Last week my account was debited with an increased premium with MiWay. I felt the increase for moving areas was not to my liking. My next thought was to change insurance companies. I had been given a quote from another company and called to cancel my policy with MiWay. I was unhappy that it took a day for MiWay to call me back regarding the cancellation. When I did call back, client services had put me through to Emmanuel. He really went the extra mile to keep me as a client by changing a few things on my policy. Over and above that, negotiated a lower premium. One that was affordable and within my budget. So thank you Emmanuel for making me feel important as a client! Much appreciated! Natasha Singh
