REALLY GOING THE EXTRA MILE! Coz I like it MIWAY!

I was not happy with the new premium increase after updating my details (new address) to a better/safer area. After complaining about the new premium, I was put through to Henry who really went the extra mile helping me. Henry even gave me a better premium than before the annual increase. Henry really assisted me to my extreme satisfactory. Miway thank you for having such a friendly staff member. HENRY, keep up with your Afrikaans:-)
