One plan steels my money!!!

I received an SMS from Oneplan on Friday 22/03/2013 saying my debit order of R1070.00 will go through on the 25/03/2013. My first problem is that my monthly instalment is R610.00. I promptly phoned22-03-2013 oneplan to find out what the problem was. I spoke to Nellie Sithole who assured me that she only saw a debit order of R610.00 she see the sms but it must be a problem will phone me back in 10min never did!!! as of yet I have received no calls. 25/03/2013 came and the debited the R1070.00 from my account. I have called 5 times now and still await response from Ronal Govender and Robert Ngobendi and 3 other people! with regards to a payment they insist I skipped in 25 August 2011 - why did they not report this in 2011? AND THAT DEBIT ORDER IS PAIDED WENT BACK TO 2011 ON BANK ALL IS PADI!!! I have sent 3 e-mails back to One plan and still await a reply with regards to the "Missed" payment. The service is very poor, and I went through 6 different people just to hear what the actual problem was IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY AND A ANSWER
