I have applied for finance on the 20th of September. On the 25th I emailed Adele to find out how far the application is. She quickly responded that she would find out and get back to me. I was impressed with the quick response. However, on the 1st of October I still received no response and when another enquiry was made I was asked to re-submit the all the documentation again... 10 days after the initial application was done. Surely someone should have picked this up and let me know? Unacceptable service from a financial institution.
