I have been a client with this organization since July last year. I took out an extended Service for my Chev Utility 1.8 where the plan will cover the 60, 75 and 90 thousand km service. I have always paid them on time, never behind where instalments are concerned. With the 60k service, I struggled and they came with an excuse that they cannot cover me because the dealiship I took my vehicle to is not registered with them, something I was not told in the sales conversation! With the 70k service they came with an excuse that a particular part was not covered by them where Reeds Cape Town CBD actually on black and white proved to them it was. then with the 90k service today they YET AGAIN had another excuse, some they got the incorrect information and that my bakkie was on their system as a "Opel" Corsa Utility and not a "Chevorlet" Utility as I made very clear in the first call of course. It is just still very to see that these orginizations are eager to take our money but not eager to give us the service we pay for!
