Steals money, finds excuse not to pay for service

I took a 180000km service plan with Liquid Capital. At 179100 I called them to say I need to have the car serviced. They said it was okay and I can take it to any VW dealership. I phoned Hatfield VW, Braamfontein and they told me they were indeed dealing with Liquid capital. I booked a service on 12/07/2013 for 15/07/2013. I took the car in. After two hours the mechanic called me to say Liquid Capital said my cover was terminated. 'Terminated'? I called Liquid Capital's customer care and they said my cover was active. When I asked the call centre agent [male of Indian descent] why they told VW a different story, he impatiently said 'sir your cover is active, what more do you want? '. I confirmed with claims department where I spoke to Fungiwe who told me my cover was active. When I asked why they told VW Hatfield my cover was terminated she said it was because VW Hatfield Braamfontein did not have an account with them... She then suggested I take it to my nearest VW dealership Hatfield or Arcadia, Pretoria. I got the same story at these two dealerships. so disappointed and g*tvol.
