These people, are a bunch of... and without doing a single thing take money of your account... when you phone them they have a laxy dazy attitude... you don't do to even deserve the money.. if you did something well OK... but you do... not a single thing gets done.. and then 2 months down the line I get this nasty surprise of R399 being deducted.. I budget out my salary to the last cent... so basically you people took the food right out of my kids mouths.. ridiculous.. this is peoples money!!! I don't know how you sleep at night.. disgusting...
