ILLEGAL DEBITING OF PEOPLE WHO OWE YOU NOTHING

Last year I got an sms from this people saying the help people with loans and I wa stold to deposit money in their bank (R399) whic i did. They told me that my loan applicatuion is through and i must just send them supporting documents, which I did. Later on I was told that my loan application was unsuccessfull and refered me to their sister company (apaloans) which did not help me at all. Now the same people go into my account and debit me R 399, I dont owe them and dont need their service which is nothing but a hoax to peoples money... Whoever is in charge please refund me my R399 bank into my Capite account you took today... ASAP... you take peoples money and you decline them ..now you take the last money that we have... PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK.
