Loan Locator
Late refund

I applied for a loan and loan locator said they can help me and that i needed to pay R399.00
The money was deducted from my account.
When i foned them to find out if having a joint account would be a problem, they said yes and would refund me my money
After several fone calls to them they only replied today via email
In the mail they stated that they will only refund me on the 03/09/2013 which is 2 months from now
Does that make sense?
Really, really bad service
I would not advice any one to go to them for help???
