Loan Locator

I applied for a loan online and i filled my details on the form provided this scamming loal locator pretended to help me to find the loan but all they did is to R399.00 from my account, i didnt even get the loan. How can i give a away so much money . i need my money back please. They are so cruel and taking advantage of poor and desperate people.
