Poor service

On 23 Sept. 2013 African bank RObertson branch faxed my 17.4 form
to head office because your systems still shows that I'm
under debt review even though I haven't been for a few years now. No
one has contacted me and I would realy like to know when I can apply
for a loan. Please, I've learned from my mistakes but it feels as if
I'm still being punished for it. If you can assist me to resolve this
matter I will able to buy a home for my family.
