Poor Service

I did not know trying to get a loan at African Bank would be so tiresome. My loan was approved on Tuesday allready, four days ago, and still waiting for a pay out. On Tuesday they told me systems are slow I should be patient. On Thursday I phoned head office and they couln't pick up my loan application so I went back to the branch. Now I'm waiting for them to do a work confirmation but its week end so I guess the whole process will be repeated on Monday. All I want now is for them to cancell so I can go to someone else.
