REFUSING REFUND OF SERVICE PAID BY CLIENT IN ERROR

Liquid Capital and Hyundai TheGlen are dodging my numerous queries for a refund, passing the buck and alleging that a 6months period had lapsed since I paid for my car's first service, whilst I have a service plan.

I was not aware that I had a service plan. It was a stressful purchase when I bought by car-they wrongfully wanted to fit a tracker, arrived at my mom's home to pick her up to depose to an affidavit after I already submitted affidavits! So now they refuse my refund. I mean who would book their car in for service and think "o well, I know I have a service plan, but I would love to pay cash for this out of my own pocket - I would prefer doing that please" just so that I have to painfully claim it back! Hyundai The Glen also admitted that their receptionist booking the vehicle in, should have checked and informed me that I have a service plan. No one did! I only found this out at the time of the second service and of course conveniently for Hyundai and Liquid Capital their "6 month" rule applied and they got to tell me.. sorry - yes you wrightfully paid for a service plan, but we will just take your money! Surely I deserve a refund!
