Staff at the branch are very slow

The fnb branch in kamaqhekeza is generally slow, I ve been there three times and two of the times had to go back after waiting for over 30 minutes. The only time I stayed was when I was with my mother, we waited for over an hour for service.

There is general unhappiness and dissatisfaction of customers, there is an Absa branch less than a kilometer away and they are very effecient. Fnb must just learn best practices from them
