Bad Service - No Communication

My motor vehicle got round about 2011. I have in that time moved from insurers. The MFC advised that I have to make payment and they will monitor it. In the event of good payment every month after 6 months they will review the said amount. I made payment and a lady by the name of Amanda advised that the MFC are reviewing my contract with their directors. I should await confirmation.By the time I asked for a ITC check for MFC not responding to me anymore the result was the account was closed. Now after 2 years a debt collecting is calling me and saying that I owe MFC - R53000.00???
