Standard Bank
False expectations

I applied for a loan at standard bank, the loan was approved when i had to go and sign the documents the loan was suddenly declined. They tried to motivate the application and they advised me that they will will get back to me in 24 hrs. I waited for two weeks nobody got back to me i had to call them back myself. The customer service i got was very disappointing because. I am a client and an account holder with standard bank.
