African Bank
3 Days and stil nothing

My husband applied for a personal loan at african bank on Monday the 14th of January 2013. he got a phone call saying he had qualified for R10 000.00 and that he had to come into the branch so he could sign documents. he was at the bank after 17:00 and signed all neccesary documents - on Tuesday the Lady he spoke to told him that it will take 2 - 3 hours and then the money will be available in his Nedbank account - it is now day 3 and still no money is available in his account - but come end of the month and they will be deducting the payment by debit order from his account - this is completly unacceptable that he was told it would take 2 - 3 hours - it has now taken 3 days and still nothing.
