Waste of time and money

I was retrenched on the 27th August, 2013. I contacted clientele legal, and was asked to submit all my documentation. This was done on the 1st September, up to today, 30th September, I have had zero response with regards to my case. I was issued a number - 950344873, not that that assists when no one contacts you. Clientele legal is a service I pay for, put of choice, and if this is the lack of respose, what is the point.
