POOR SERVICE FROM CLIENTELE LEGAL

I have been a Clientele Legal subscriber for the last four years. Recently I asked them to assist me with a dispute I had with a gym. I received one call from the "lawyer" and eventually had to take control of the matter and sort it out myself as I did not hear back from the "lawyer".
