CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH MY CHRONIC MEDICATION, ECT

Since my previous complain a few months ago, I have had constant problems with my chronic medication due to the fact that all of a sudden certain medication had to be collected by my doctor as they had a dispensary. Ironically becauce of them moving to Onedoctor, I don't HAVE a doctor currently as my doctor declined to be part of onedoctor. Again last week when my medication came, the two sets of tablets was not there. Also - all of a sudden one of my other tablets is only available to me 3 times a year. Never had that problem before or heard about that.
Also only part of my hospital claim was paid out although I am covered for "DREAD DISEASE" AND I WAS TAKEN INTO HOSPITAL WITH MY HEART!!! We were promised to get answers for almost 3 months now and when I email one, I get told someone else is now handeling the claim, but nothing straight and no money paid. I have decided to take this problem to the medical board and let them take note of the horrible service that I have been receiving since May 2013. I am sick of the, and I guess Mr Mike will "TAKE NOTE" of this as usual and the try to put the blame of this on me again as the last time. I want this sorted!!!
