Quick to take money but impossible to get it back

There are 3 beneficiaries to a policy with liberty life. All the necessary document s for the payout have been submitted 3TIMES because of Liberty Life's total incompetence. The latest response from their office is that they will not pay out because one document is missing?? Yet they were all submitted together. The person we spoke to on the phone could not have cared less. Now we have to submit them all over again. Would you trust your money with such an inefficient Financial services NONprovider?? Our next step is the ombudsman and the papers. WATCH THIS SPACE!!!
