When I applied and signed for the personal loans granted to me by FNB bank - they accepted one term and condition from me and that was that the instalment due, will be deducted the end of each month - the last day of each month.

Please could you let me know who authorised that this term and condition be changed?

Every month, minutes BEFORE my salary is deposited into my account - FNB tries to push through the debit orders (which are only supposed to go through the end of the month as per the agreement). These debit orders are all, of course, rejected and I am now sitting with pages/months of "EDO unsuccessful collections "on my account?

These same debit orders are put through again, minutes AFTER my salary is deposited into my account and goes through as paid.

The problem here is that FNB is causing bad credit against my personal credit profile and also charging me for doing this?

I have tried calling, sending messages from my account and sending e-mails but am not being assisted.

Please advise??
