Incompetence Personified

My debit orders for my personal loans are set up for the 28th of the Month, I am always encountering a problem whereby it is deducted early, & my salary is the 25th of each Month. My debit order for June was deducted today & it is totally unacceptable. I am going to cancel my debit order for the 2nd time & pay directly into your account. This is a breach of our contractual agreement thick headed dumb. Useless in every sense of the word
