I tried to find out why the policy only covered a certain amount of the component that is being replaced after being told before i took my vehicle in that the policy covered a reconditioned or brand new aircon compressor just find out that it only covers a third of the price. I spoke the too claims manager Basi, how were not at all welcoming, not willing to assist or even discuss my issues and not at all helpful with my query. A service that I will not use ever again or even suggest anyone ells to take up this warranty service. You can hear how happy they are to take your call and this is what you pay for.
