NO feedback, now they threaten with blacklisting

This is one of SEVERAL incidents I have had with FNB over the last 8-months. They latest now is that I'm being threatened with black-listing as they have no clue what they are doing. I went into the Northcliff branch to advise them that I will be taking a back-packing holiday and will be unreachable. I have them documents from an attorney that gives a relative full control over my finances. They rejected twice. Apparently they are above the law. I send a few e-mails requesting information concerning amounts, swift codes etc and I only got a reply with a brochure attached. NO FEEDBACK as to what what the initial query was about. I specifically asked for someone AFRIKAANS to assist and they replied, sorry my Afrikaans is not good, let's continue in English.

Now, they refuse to contact me as I'm abroad. They want to hand me over due to their incompetence. What to do???

I will again include my international number. Just replace the "0" with 66. I can be contacted after 12:00 - 17:00 south african time.
