Can't update a contact number or assist

I went into the Northcliff branch today as I know this is the only branch I normally get great service from. but much to my disgust things are changing rapidly. I started with a simple request. Change my incontact number. apparently this is very difficult to do... Then I offered the branch and the contact centre an advocate letter granting someone full access to my finances as I'm departing abroad. Apparently a letter set up by an advocate is not enough and they can't assist. The person I'm granting access to lives very far from me but she HAS TO BE NEXT TO ME in the bank according to the consultant. the contact centre on the other hand just said I must speak to the service manager. Don't know where to find them though... Neither could cancel two of my accounts and the branch doesn't know when a FNB to FNB transfer will clear. I always had THE BEST service from FNB but lately it's been going down the drain. Take a look how Capitec treats their clients and take some hints.
