Emoval of car without the knowledge of the owne

On the 18 september 2013 around 17h00 i was involved in an accident, i called the Anderson roadside assistance number 0861111145 i was not helped, i had to drive the car with liking oils as they were not picking up their line. They only responded me at 20h00 and promised to come tow the car. The car was only towed on the 19/09/2013 at 15h30 to Groblersdal panel beaters. I got the claim forms which needed the repairers address, i then today 27/09/2013 visited the groblesdal panel beaters were it was towed to get the address so i can fill the claim forms, to my suprise my car was not there. i was told that my car is moved to middleburg where i do not even know the place. i am now stucked with the claim forms that i do not even know what to do with them as i do not even know where my car is. i contacted this number 0861988988 at 14h00 on the 27/09/2013, i was told the person whom supposed to help me is on lunch and will only be back at 14h00.

Secondly, i am paying monthly for courtesy car but also since the accident they never contacted me to give me the car that i can use, i do all the travelling using the public transport.
