Efore car is fixed

The Barloworld truck capsized on our cars on the 17th May 2013, 6 cars were damaged including my car
(IX 35, Silver), the accident happend at conrner Scheiding and Paul Kruger Streets. When it happend I was not there and I called my insurance company and got the roadside assistence. The following day saturday (18 May 2013) I managed to get hold of my insurance company for claims, they gave me authorisation for my car to be towed. I asked for courtesy car as Ive included it on my comprehensive cover, Mabaso told me I have to fill up the forms that he needs to send me, I asked Mabaso because Im suppose to get the courtsey where am I suppose to fetch it? Mabaso told me it takes days before they give me courtesy car, I was shocked because I got my insurance through constellation financial solutions, when I got the insurance everything that Anderson is telling me is the opposite of what Constellation told me, My excess when I agreed to the policy with constellation was R2500,
