Illing of my account for no service rendered

I completed a loan application form. EZI Finance is an organisation that sources the best institutions to assist a person with their financial needs. The requested of me for them to continue they would need to be sign a debit order instruction form so that they can process and administer it to ther associate organisations. For this service I would have to pay R295, which is payable only if I am successful through one of their organisations. On the 29th November 2012, this money was deducted from my account, but to date I have not heard anything from EZI Finance and also nothing from their associate service providers. I have requested that they please provide me with communications as to why this money was debited if no service from their part has been delivered. I have still not heared anything. If I can say something here, this could be a and I could now have been. Their website and everything looks very authentic. People be aware.
