Taking money from my account with no reason

Yesterday, 25-09-2013 @ 20:26 i got a message that a debit order of EC finance did not go threw, I applied for a loan but did not take up their offer and i was affraid to submit banking details on an application form but they assured me that it is safe and ONLY if i take up a loan will they debite my account... but still they debitted my account. Now my account at the bank looks bad because they sent threw a debit. BUT WHY?? I did not accept any offer so why is EC LOANS/FINANCE debitting my account?! I did not accept anything. That is very very bad service! And now it reflects on my account because they are sly. I did NOT take up a loan so why are they debitting??!!!
