On 27 September I send our driver to get change for us at your branch. Shocking. I ask for R500 of R2 coins. All get thrown into a plastic bag. I have to count it and find out it is R8 short.. R100 of R1 couns also al in two bags. Does your staff have no pride in their work? Or is this the low standard of service ABSA gives these days? And in an upmarket place like Irene?
