Depositing of coins

At 9:00am on 28/01/2013, i went into City Deep's bank and stood in the line for an hour where there was five people in front of me with small transactions... I had R 6 000.00 in silver coins sorted out all old R5"s in 1 bag and all new R5's in a separate bag, R2's in a separate bag and ready to be deposited. When i got to the teller, the teller told me with her attitude she wont count it because they need to be in bags of a R 1000, i fort with her and told her at other branches where I go to I was always instructed to sort the coins out and put them into separate bags and bring them and deposit them, so the lady told me to take my coins and go to the another branch where they will except my coins.
