They don't even get the basics right!

Our business in the retail sector relies on ABSA North End for change. At any stage in the past month this branch ran out of at least one coin denomination. The latest are R 5 coins. It is not that we request thousands of rands, a couple of hundred rand in change but due to incompetent management and no planning, this branch cannot provide one of the basic banking services - how does ABSA keep it's banking license?
